The hotel and tourist residence Isola Verde nestles in a beautiful area affording wonderful views and is surrounded by mediterranean vegetation. It is situated just a few minutes away from the charming town of Marciana Marina, once a fishing village, with its quaint back streets and exclusive boutiques, its sea front lined with tamarind trees and the harbour where boats and yachts are moored. The Isola Verde complex comprises several small buildings containing apartments and hotel rooms, all comfortably and practically furnished.

La Fenicia Beach.
Approx. 800m away is the popular pebble beach of La Fenicia with its crystal-clear waters. Sun loungers, beach umbrellas and boats for rent.

Hotel Facilities
The following facilities are available to hotel and apartment guests, guaranteeing a pleasant and relaxing stay in the Residence Isola Verde: Spacious lounge area, bar, private car park, restaurant, terrace with panoramic view, outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi pool.
The hotel restaurant offers a buffet breakfast and an "a la carte" menu with both local and national traditional dishes, Mineral water and house wine are included in the price. Our wine list will be impressed at the fine selection of local wines chosen from only the best vineyards (with fee extras).
Apartment guests may also take evening meal in the dining room (subject to availability- see the special price for dinner beverage included).
There is also a special children’s menu for those under 10 years of age (with mineral water included). Glutenfree menù on request.
The hotel minibus is laid on at set times during the day to take guests to the local beaches (La Fenicia and La Paolina's beaches) from 14/06 to 11/09.
The following services are also available on request but are not free of charge: baby-sitting service, booking of excursions and ferries, car and scooter hire.

Apartments. All equipped with telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, furnished terrace or balcony, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Mono 3-4 beds Living-room with kitchenette , sofa-bed and one or two armchairs wich can also be used as beds , bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Mono Plus 3-4 beds Living-room with kitchenette, double or twin beds, one or two armchairs/beds. Bilocale 4-5 beds Living-room with kitchenette, sofa bed or two armchairs/beds. Double room  (some with eventual addition of  5th armchair bed); bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

Hotel rooms. Double Standard are double or twin bedded rooms (some with balcony) , with telephone , satellite TV , mini-bar , air conditioning , bathroom with shower and hairdryer . Different types of apartments can also be offered with a Hotel formula as Family Room (Mono 3-4 beds and Mono Plus 3-4 beds) and Grand Family Room (Bilocale 4-5 beds) . Use of the kitchenette is included in the service but no daily or final cleaning are foreseen. It is eventually possible to have an assigned apartment served as a hotel room (the use of the kitchenette implies an extra charge).
Small animals are admitted on request (45,00 Euro per week).
