Hotel Mistral is situated close to the centre of Marina di Campo, near the beach. It is a modern and comfortable bed and breakfast, refurnished in 2005, with an accurate service. Marina di Campo is one of the most well-known and frequently visited resorts of the island.
The town is on the south coast of the island. Its long beach amid the famous gulf, the touristic port, various shops, restaurants, bars and pizzerie are quite popular and offer several services for relaxing holidays.
The harbour of Portoferraio is at a distance of 16 km, while the airport is only 2,5 km away.
Marina di Campo beach. This is the largest beach of the island, almost stretching throughout the whole length of the gulf. It is a sandy beach, with shallow waters that slowly descend far away from the shore. Easy to reach from the near sea front promenade, it has many facilities such as restaurants, bars, sailing and windsurf schools, rentals of deckchairs and umbrellas.
Not so far away from Marina di Campo you can find the very popular beaches of Cavoli, Seccheto and Fetovaia. Theirs favourable geographic exposition area makes it possible to extend the holiday season from spring until almost November.
Hotel facilities. The hotel has: reception, bar in the breakfast room, TV-room with (Sat-TV) and lift. All rooms are provided with air conditioning.
On the third floor there is a solarium: a terrace with sun beds, deckchairs and umbrellas for relaxing moments.
A free partially covered car park is only 100 metres away from the hotel.
City bikes are left to the guests' disposal (limited number available)to easily reach the town centre and promenade.
The hotel has arranged agreements with local restaurants on the beach. Guests can take their meals choosing from special fixed menus, starting from 20,00 euros (beverages excluded), or otherwise “a la carte” menus with discounts on the price list.
The Management has also arranged special grants with the bathing establishments on the beach.
The hotel can also take care of ferry boat tickets purchase, rental of cars or scooters, booking of boat excursions, and offers information on Scuba diving and sailing facilities.
Hotel rooms. All rooms are provided with minibar, TVsat lcd, safe, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Classic rooms can be either situated on the ground floor with an outside space with table and chairs or on the the first floor (but with no terrace).
Terrazza are situated on the first and second floor, on the hotel front side, with a terrace provided with table and chairs.
